ABC Service has been running since September 2009 where I, Brett, setup a two table stall in the local Pannier Market based in Tavistock, Devon. From there the business grew, starting off with computer support and design the business took over another stall selling giftware and created ABC Giftware and Service.
ABC Giftware provided the finances to grow ABC Service and improve on the products and services offered on the stall which then started off my printing service. From there the business continued what it needed to survive in a very difficult economic climate.
I re-located the business in November 2014 from the Tavistock Pannier Market to a first floor office on West Street throughout 2015 and now we're in 2016 we've moved to a street level place in the rear of a family shop where we have an office environment for you as our customers to come in, have a cup of tea or coffee and talk about how we can help you!
In 2015 I closed down ABC Giftware completely and focused all of my efforts on ABC Service. The services now expand to Telecoms, Chip & PIN card machines, Branding, Professional Printing and even printer hire!
ABC Service has taken on apprentices and part time staff to support its efforts including James who is with us every week working on our latest projects, incoming computers and providing support to our customers to the best of his ability.
As the business owner I offer Business IT Consultancy on a chargeable per day basis.

As an independent IT consultant I can advise on a range of hardware and software suitable for your business.
I cover business IT solutions, graphic design / branding, printing services and telecoms.

Hello, I'm Chloe
My role here is bookkeeping, diary management, bookings for repairs and general office administrative jobs.
I don't personally get involved in repairs, I leave that to the boys! However, I do help in supplying them with cups of tea to keep them going throughout the day and help to manage the occasional queue of customers wanting to see them!
I also help manage Social Media and updating of the e-commerce websites.
As the Sales and Support Assistant I support Brett in all the IT including home and business installations, laptop and desktop repairs and mobile phone repairs too!
My primary role sees me living in the workshop fixing items on a daily basis!
I cover home clients with their IT needs while playing a support role for Brett when it comes to the business clients. I also cover and manage the Recycling side of the business.
