Thank you in advance for choosing us as your broadband provider.

PLEASE NOTE

1 - This is a legally binding contract.

2 - Your contract officially starts when the broadband line (if you are ordering broadband) is installed however, cancelling prior to the activation date can and will incur a cessation charge of either £120+VAT OR in some circumstances, where the order has gone too far through the system, the full contract price.

3 - You will be supplied a Brand New Modem Router (If you are ordering broadband) suitable for your connection type FREE OF CHARGE from ABC Service, it is your responsibility to look after this device and place it on suitable anti-surge protection, damage caused by you as the customer will incur costs for replacement.

NOTE: Full Fibre Broadband - If you are moving a Full Fibre Broadband provision to us then you will need the ONT serial number (the little white box on the wall in your premises)

Care Level

Please note that the Care Level is with Openreach and not directly relating to ABC Service. Please note that these are only Target Fix times and NOT guaranteed times as external factors can affect any and all form of repairs. Enhanced and Critical do not apply in times of Mass Service Outages or Matters Beyond Reasonable Control.

Standard - FREE - 5 Days a Week Care
Target Fix Time - 48 Hours

Enhanced - £15/mth - 7 Days a Week Care
Target Fix Time - 24 Hours

Critical - £25/mth - 7 Days a Week Care
Target Fix Time - 7 Hours


The VoIP Package

Once you have submitted this form if you have chosen to move numbers to us we will contact you via email with a CLoA form, this form is only required if porting numbers from an old provider to us is required.
