Learn about us at ABC Service based in Tavistock, Devon
ABC Service began in 2009 when Brett setup in the local Pannier Market on two tables as a sole trader.
At the time two businesses were prominent on the stall, ABC Service and ABC Giftware....about 3 years later Brett closed ABC Giftware to focus solely on ABC Service as this was the main goal.
Moving from the local market into an office on West Street, then a year or so later moving into a shop premises with his mother (Karen Daw, owner of The Toy Cupboard) this allowed business growth and therefore doubled his turnover. Additionally, he went voluntarily VAT registered which also allowed him to grow further because he was able to work with businesses of varying sizes.
In the shared premises Brett employed two members of staff of which both moved with him up to
69 West Street, Tavistock, Devon, PL19 8AJ (the current premises).
However, since then the team has changed and doubled in size of which now we have a consistent,
solid team here at ABC Service.
Due to the dedication of the team and training we hold various memberships with organisations to ensure that we adhere to latest legislation, information and more.

The Team
Brett
Director / Sales
Brett is the Director of the business and therefore has been involved in all aspects of it since the beginning. His role is to oversee the company and its finances plus being involved in the intial sales communication and Telecoms aspect of the business.
His role is focused around businesses and working all hours
Jack
Business IT Engineer
Jack is one of our IT Engineers. He has trained as a BTEC Level 3 IT Infrastructure Technician and is Comptia A+ certified.
The methodical, an individual who will take his time to get it right! Slow and steady wins the race with Jack, confident to communicate with clients of all ages.
Nathaniel
Home IT Engineer
Nathaniel is our other IT Engineer. He is a fully qualified BTEC Level 3 IT Infrastructure Technician. He primarily is in our workshop completing repairs, upgrades and maintenance on a daily basis
Gets on with things, he is a monotone man of few words and focuses on getting the job done.
Hannah
Print & Design
Hannah solely runs the Print and Design department here at ABC Service. She is not always available for phone calls because she has to get everything setup, printed, cut and finished for all of our clients including you!
A quiet perfectionist, she likes things to be right and will do the best she can with the tools and knowledge at her disposal.
Archie
Office Floof
Archie obviously plays a very important role here at ABC Service....getting under peoples feet being one of them...but he also provides cuddles, vocal conversation and offers and meet and greet service with dog loving customers! He loves a carrot if you ever wanna give him a treat.
The Aloof...or the loud....depending on what mood he is in, he can be aloof (pet me with your eyes) or can be incredibly chatty.
