Returns / Refund Policy

Computer / IT returns

Items can be returned if damaged or faulty as warranties will be used to repair/replace such items. Please note damage, accidental or otherwise, caused by the end customer is not covered under our returns or refund policy.

No longer needed or unwanted items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee which is deducted before refund is carried out.

As per current UK laws we have no obligation to refund the item if it is simply unwanted and hold the rights to refuse a refund OR provide a store credit instead.

Custom build computers cannot be returned / refunded as these have been specifically and maticulously built for your personal requirements and all parts were ordered on demand.

Design Services

There is no returns / refunds available for this, our time is chargeable.

Printing

Returns are not necessary, if there is an error with the printing we will always endeavour to reprint/resupply as a priority turnaround. Naturally, we always check items before sending anyway to remove any need for this.

Telecoms

Items can be returned if damaged or faulty as warranties will be used to repair/replace such items. Please note damage, accidental or otherwise, caused by the end customer is not covered under our returns or refund policy. The router is supplied complimentary to the service. If a new router is required, dependent on the years of service we may supply a new one free of charge however, in most instances these are chargeable if lost, stolen or damaged by customer.
