Lunch Times
Please note that we do not close for lunch during normal times. We simply run a two off two on policy when we do have a lunch break so someone is always here.
Bank Holiday Opening Time
We are Open Bank Holidays but please note that we are usually skeleton crew and depending on our workload we do close for 45 minutes for lunch. Lunch time is not definite timings
(anytime between 12 and 1:30pm)
Dogs and Kids
Dogs and Kids are welcome. All we ask is that they are well behaved.
We work with a huge number of people including vulnerable adults and those in distress due to scams or the like and whilst we are assisting them they need calm.
Archie the Husky our office dog will come and greet everyone. If your dog is not friendly with other dogs please let us know, we can either put Archie in the hallway OR you can keep your dog outside. Alternatively, you can let Archie do his thing and wear your dog down until he or she gives in and says "Fine, i'll be your friend".
