NOTE: If you are outside of Tavistock, Devon then the device will need to be packaged securely so we can send a courier to collect from you and drop to us, we will then return your device via courier.

Please note that you are responsible for packaging your device suitably in a cardboard box and well-wrapped. We will not be liable for damage in transit should this not be followed. If in doubt, add more packaging!
