Business Update 30-05-2022

May 30, 2022

 Business Update

First of all we have made the decision to stop carrying out iPad repairs. The nature of our business is focused a lot more on computer repairs, business IT services and security. Therefore, because these are time-consuming repairs and take our engineers away from the main aspects of our business, it is better we drop this as a service altogether. Console repairs will remain in place. More information can be found here.

Our Antimalware solution is now up and running and available for all of our clients to purchase, whether home or business. More information can be found here https://abcservice.co.uk/computer/computer-antivirus/

Our brand new phone systems are now in place, with all staff having a phone available to them. Majority of calls are answered by our receptionist Alice and passed to the relevant members of staff IF they are available. However, whereas before some members of staff did not have a phone this is now available so individuals can speak to the member of staff carrying out the work. Please note that the key staff members will not always be available for conversation there and then as they are constantly carrying out work for our clients but they will do their best!

Our B2B Only Remote Support offering is being rolled out to more local businesses as of late, providing peace of mind to businesses that someone is on the end of the phone to support their IT needs. More information on this here https://abcservice.co.uk/computer/business-it-support/

I hope this update helps everyone and I look forward to providing further updates over the coming days / weeks,

Kind regards
